Il repertorio include pezzi originali, jazz standards, bossa nova e arrangiamenti nello stile di Stan Getz. Un tributo a questo grande del jazz; un insolito quintetto con due tenori, entrambi ispirati dalla magica dimensione sonora e strumentale del grande Getz.
Il Quartetto originario si arrichisce, in questo giro di concerti, della presenza di un altro grande del jazz italiano (e non solo): Gianni Basso, il quale, con un entusiasmo da ventenne, ha accettato di partecipare a questo progetto.

Prague Ska Conspiracy was founded in autumn 2005 with the intention to play instrumental ska in original jamaican style influenced by bands like Skatalites, New York Ska Jazz Ensemble or even Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. But just after few months of reharsing the band was introduced to a great singer Mariana. Her voice was astonishing and the band just couldn’t resist. Mariana’s african roots give her voice perfect ingrediences to fit to the style of Prague Ska Conspiracy’s music. In a few months on 9th of May 2006 the band hit their first show in Prague in small club called Cross. They have imediately become overnight sensation on Czech ska scene. Within less than a year of their existance, the band has played several festivals and were chosen to play with such acts as New York Ska Jazz Ensmble, The Slackers or The Fisbone. The band has released their debute album „Life On Ropes“ in January 2008, but’s the stage and live performance where you can only enjoy the power of Prague Ska Conspiracy.
